This is my cousin. She is 2. She is a spitfire.

I love it.

I love her strong will and her zest for life. 

Her doll Stella is her prized possession.

I love to watch her and my 2 munchkins play.

I can't wait until the next time she crosses my lens!

Well, this blog is LATE!

But Jason and Francine are the perfect match. I can just picture them in 30 years still smiling at each other and making the other giggle. They are unique.

Their love is unique.

The two love birds have taken on a few building projects of their own and decided to incorporate it into their shoot! I LOVED it of course. 

I loved even more the playful side of this couple.

Well It has been an roller coaster week. A dear friend of mine that I grew up with since about the age of 4 passed away suddenly and left behind a wonderful husband and a little boy. 

It just reminds me of how precious time is.

How precious memories are.

How precious photos are.

I am so thankful for the images over the years that I have of myself and Julia. It is great therapy to go through the albums and remember all the great times we shared. 

The great part of the week was that my sweet niece was born! My sister had been going crazy {3rd baby} with no sleep at night and crazy contractions almost every night. Well she texted me at 4:15 am that she was headed to the hospital and at 5:55 a.m. my mom texted me that she had had a precious baby girl! I guess all those nights of contractions had payed off with a sweet delivery!

Over the past year photos have become even more dear to my heart as I have lost many special people in my life. I was so thrilled today when Jo came over so I could capture some memories of Paislee.

I was excited to see Becky again! I shot her brothers and her sisters weddings, and now it was time for her and her hubby to have a baby! So she contacted me to be part of this fantastic milestone for their family. 

Becky is beautiful. There is no other word for it. She is also a natural in front of the camera and I LOVE shooting couples with chemistry! 

We had an amazing fall day for the maternity shoot, and then their precious son decided to arrive a few weeks early! He was not so sure about the whole photo taking business in the beginning, but we managed to get him to fall asleep and captured some amazing images. 

Grandma had made a wonderful quilt that we were able to use in the images. I LOVE quilts, I have several of my own and when I have spare time. I sew quilts. I was thrilled to see the workmanship of the wonderful gift. 

Dad had also brought a special jersey for the photos. It is so great to make your portraits special to your family! LOVED the idea :)
